I have my headset icon appearing even when headphone is not connected. All Xiomi service guy came up with was replacing complete motherboard or disabling the 3.5 mm jack itself. Motherboard replacement was the only solution they provided to almost 6 other customers irrespective of the issue they were facing their with phone. Why is it so easy to make the customers (who have already spent thousands) pay again without investigation. Same result after investigating any issue. Service is about making the customers live easy, not yourselves.
This way Xiomi is earning more money without providing the right solution to customers.
