Hi Poco Team,
My POCO X3 got 3rd time mother board issue and given it for service centre Sterling Technologies 1st Floor, 155, 19th Main Rd, above Polar Bear Ice-Cream Parlour, 2nd Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010- Phone: [protected] dated on 30th-Jul-2022, Job sheet number WXIN[protected], without my knowledge they have closed the job sheet straighten that Device is replaced dated on Aug-2022, for the same I have literally fighted with customer service and service centre for the same POCO X3 finally I got the new Job sheet number WXIN[protected] dated on 29-Apr-2023, now service centre people telling that there is no warranty you have to replace the motherboard, it’s almost a 12months now, when I have given my mobile to service centre my phone under 6months of warranty period, initially they said they will replace with other mobile with 6month of warranty, still I didn’t agree and I asked for the same Model POCO X3 with 1 year of warranty, as I see the many of the review on the POCO X3 have same motherboard issue and the company filed to resolve the customer dead phone issues, and till date I am fighting to get my phone, not able to resolve the complaint I have shared so many follow-ups email with service centre, and service centre manager, even owner of the service centre person Mr Elango, even he personally says that you go and file the case in consumer court which will cost to me, as working person I don’t have time to go here there, Customer service also have same stories, why always customer bear the loss, as its company fault they have to replace the phone for the same, literally very very poor service POCO has i am requesting for replace / refund amount for the same, kindly check Job sheet number WXIN[protected], please intervene and resolve the issue.
