I have purchased Xolo Q3000 White colour Model from Mumbai. and I am suffering with Mobile Hardware defects.
Mobile restats while incoming call, while making call, while phone is idle for some time & u try to operate Or even when mobile some appln is working... Mobile restarts.
I want information that what are the Company procedure of Warrant
I want the information that what are the Company procedure for Hardware defaults
I want the information that what are the company procedures for Replacement of Mobile / Exchange of New Mobile Same model... If proved the mobile had hardware manufacturing defects...
Pls answer the same all points in details
Your answer earliest would be highly appreciated..I have all the purchase bills & dealers name & Address and also other details required which will be given when demanded by the co. But let me understand the correct rules & regulations of the company.
