I ordered a dress it fits great but the mesh should be a natural color but it's more of brown.
The site says refund for any reason within 30 days.
They want to resolve the issue by offering me to keep dress and give me 60% coupon on next use. My event has pasted had to run around and find something else.
When I try to open my account this is the message I get:

I have 2 emails I used due to this message
[protected]@yahoo.com is the other one I used for this order had to create a new one.
I don't have much use for formal wear so I would like a refund if this were the case I would gladly keep it but I shouldn't be forced to accept coupons for a site I was only using to purchasing for a special occasion.
