Respected Sir/Madam,
On July 26th of last month, I attended an interview where the working details were explained to me. I was informed that I needed to pay an amount of 3, 800 immediately in order to commence my employment. This amount was stated to cover project data, server login, and training as per their terms and conditions. Consequently, I joined the company and began my work on August 2nd. According to their regulations, I was allotted only 15 days to complete a project involving the filling of 1, 500 forms with calculations. Initially, I found it challenging, as it took me approximately half an hour to complete a single form. However, I committed to improving my typing speed through self-training. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the 1, 500 forms within the 15-day timeframe.
My first concern is that, contrary to their stated terms, I was only given 14 days for the first project (from August 2nd at 11 AM to August 16th at 11 AM). Secondly, the training provided was inadequate; I received only a brief five-minute video instead of a comprehensive sample typing for at least one form. Thirdly, it was not communicated to me that failure to complete the first project would result in termination. I have now been informed that my employment will be terminated if I do not complete the project, and I have been dismissed without receiving any salary or prior notice.
I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that I receive my salary, a refund of my payment, or the opportunity to rejoin the company with another chance. I have made several requests to them, but they have not responded favorably. This is my final hope, and I urge you to take immediate action to help me achieve proper justice. Thank you, Sir/Madam.
