They also make you sign the sla but never dispatch the copy duly signed by them. They take refundable deposit in advance but later on do not respond to you either on phone or on mails. Our deposit amount is not yet refunded. Very callus approach and negligency on the company's part. No escalation matrix. Xylem Technologies is big SCAMMING company, they offered me for US voice process from one of the HR managers by name Ritika Vyas & Shreya Nair. Paid Rs.3 lakhs through online for the project, but these ladies were taken interview for 2 months after the final round of interviews both are not getting for contact. They were in contact till payment made to them, after that no response. I went to Mumbai to search them but they shut the office & came to know that they are big SCAMMERS & scammed many people by creating fake projects ..be aware of the company & these ladies..dear friends if you know about them please do call me on [protected]
