I'm a student with a poor financial family status, that's why I'm looking for a work at home job. Then I found a job through Quikr job app. They message me through whatsApp. Their company name XYROTEC DATA SOLUTION. They provide works through UPTASK. Their name, their logo and their address are completely fake, but I was realised those after done the registration. So I told them that I was going to stop this. Then they're asked to me about 1500/- as cancellation fee. I don't have any money. Then how could I pay? Also I found out they're scam then why should I spend money for them. I told them to prove they're genuine. But they didn't ready to prove. I asked so many questions to find out whether they're genuine or not, but they only replied "they're not fraud". Then I closed that chapter. After 12 days (16/07/2022) they're send legal notice through my mail as well as through my whatsApp and asked to pay me about 3500/- within 30 minutes. If I'm not ready to pay, then I should pay about 40000 +3500.
I noticed that so many complaints against uptask. Then why they still exist? They're message me through many numbers and they call me too. I need to get rid of this scam. And need to cancel the agreement between me and that fraud company. Please resolve my issue.
