I am aware of a chinese national who will be sponsored next year by an indian registered design company as a translator as there is a loophole stating that the translator is not subject to minimum salary requirements. The design company has no chinese clients and hence there will be no requirement of having a chinese national. The chinese national is being sponsored fraudulently by the indian company to do desihn work when so many indian designers are available.
