[Resolved]  Y Axis Consultancy — regarding poland visa

Pathetic service, will not recommend y axis consultancy to anyone in future. We got initially trapped by the sales consultant at y axis kalpana manglani for making payment for the visa consultancy and when we discussed our concerns regarding the poland appointment issues she was very positive over the call and promied us that y axis will help us with the visa booking appointments and further process and trapped us in making the payment. Once the payment was done, her role was over and she dint really bother to help us with the further process. A process consultant was then assigned to us gireesh kumar dandamudi who then said that they cannot guarantee us in any visa bookings, and because we had already made the full payment we had no option but to listen to what he said. He kept saying they are trying their best but we do not see any proactiveness from their end. Everytime we have to send them chaser emails asking about the progress on our applications. We have paide 30, 000 inr to them and we are getting such kind of service from y axis. These people don't even claim to give your refund back and only say that they can only refund when the visa is rejected, however in our case they have not even helped us with the first stage of booking the appointment. I claim my full refund from them otherwise i will have to file a case against the company and the above mentioned people.

Updated by Akijbile Y axis completely cheats you and the Sales consultants really do not have all the information and they rush you to make payments online post which they state that Process consultants will contact you for further process. They ask you to sign the agreement when you make the payment to them which mentions very generic information and diplomatic clauses are mentioned in the agreement. Once customer signs the agreement they get trapped and they have no choice further but to agree to what the process consultants claim is right. You hire a consultancy to help you with the process rather than creating such hassles for the customers. We as a customer have been proactively chasing them because the Visa process plays a very crucial role in our lifes and there are lot of other personal financial factors that are dependent on the Visa process, but I don't think Y axis really cares for the customers and the customer point of view once they have got their full payment from the customer.

Hi

For you reference, our YRN numbers were as follows:
Main applicant - 0318-3384850
dependent applicant - 0818-3658913
Our Sales executive was Kalpana Manglani and Process consultant was Gireesh kumar dandamudi. We have had a really bad experience in dealing with Y axis and now by raising multiple complaints, we have got our refund back(deducting 2% interest charges that we paid). In this entire process we have also lost our time(almost 2 months) in just getting the visa slot. We also use to send multiple chasers for the gathering of documentation and helping us with the same but the team was not proactive at all, and always use to say once we get the visa slot we will look into documentation as a part of the process, and we eventually did not get any help from Y axis and in the end, they simple replied saying they are ready to process the refund amount. But at the end of the day we have lost enough time and now we are in a fix as our travel dates are approaching. The concern for Poland visa slot was discussed with Kalpana before signing the agreement but she was so positive that they will help us get the appointment. We also sent her an email asking our queries but she didn't reply to us and asked us to make the payment and sign the agreement and after that she didn't bother at all. we had to send her email asking who is going to look into our request further and then she said Gireesh is assigned to do the process consultancy job. When speaking to Gireesh he said they cannot guarantee the visa appointment slot but they wil try their 100% on the basis of this we had a faith that things will be good, however twice it happened that on Monday when the appointment slot was to be booked, Gireesh was on emergency leave and in his absence we were not informed who is looking into booking visa appointments. For us it was a matter of emergency but I don't think Y axis team understood our concerns and the importance of getting the slot. Me and my husband tried from home network simulataneously to get the slot and we could get one slot for dependent visa, SO I was really surprised how a team of 5 experienced people(as mentioned by Gireesh) were not able to book even one slot for Work visa for us.
Really pathetic service provided to us, and I will never ever recommend Y axis to anyone.
In the end giving the refund amount does not help the situation when we have lost our time which money cannot get us back.
