I have applied for hdfc fastag through online on 14.11.2019 vide application reference no. Hfr370475. And also i have made an payment of rs.500/- with the application. And recd message and alloted customer id and wallet id. And i have not received the fastag till now. And also i have recharge rs.500/- to that vehicle no. On 25.11.2019. But it is not reflect in that customer id and showing the balance of rs.300/- only instead of rs.800/- in the fastag account. Request you to solve the issue and send me the fastag immediately.
