I used to take my activa to their service centre (At least till one year back) and earlier in their services it was ok ok. Though one time, i got the vehicle back from service and in few days, it started giving petrol problem (Filling petrol and it got consumed too fast). I went to a nearby mechanic and he said there is a small cut in petrol pipe and he fixed it in 40 bucks.
I thought it is some wear and tear issue due to bike ageing.
Then another time i went to their service one year back, took the vehicle back and drove for one month or so and one day suddenly, my bike silencer went down (Broke from between and welding had to be done) from a running vehicle (Too risky : (). I went back to their showroom and said, what is the point if they don't check my bike and tell me the problems earlier. To this their gm said this is a case study for them too and they have intimated honda about it.
Then i discontinued their services and started going to some other authorized service center.
This time due to the recent demonetization issue, other authorized center card swipe machine was not working on saturday and i asked yash honda if they are still taking bike for service. I gave bike (To gopal) there for normal service (Did not accept to their n number for additional accessory request like change this, change that because i did not trust much now). Bill amount was 800 this time (They charge you mostly 1.5 k figure which i have paid many times).
This sunday my bike returned from their service centre, today, tuesday (15 nov 2017) my wife while going office found that full tank has drained (It was full with around 300+ petrol), finally we tried to add some more petrol considering a theft, to our surprise petrol is draining as if full leakage.
I doubt why these things happen after their service. I have called their staff (Vinayak) to check this, and i want to forget this useless dealer anymore. I will save my bike. Was this information helpful? |
