Connected with YMgrad for visa slot, they make communication through WhatsApp and email. They give assurance but do not deliver the service. Inspite of followup they do not deliver anything. The sales team says we cannot refund the other team say to connect for refund. They give lame answers, they never ever come back. They say policy do not have refund.
