My name is B Thirupathi Reddy. I was a yashoda patient prior 4 weeks. My patient admission id was: 519299. I was attended for an appointment in Yashoda secunderabad yesterday. In mean time we have purchased a Nusil cream which is prescribed by Dr. Jammula Srinivas and document is attached below. But after purchasing the cream and after reaching my home I have opened thhe tube for applying cream and surprisingly i found the tube empty with no cream in it. Immediately i have contacted the store for assistance and got a reply to reach their store today. Today I have visited the store and reported the incident then they are not responding to me. They are reporting that there is no Manager present at the location. I being a patient had travelled a lot of distance to reach the hospital. Then again they are saying to come tomorrow. We are not hyderabad residents. So how can we travel these many times.
I have been a patient in Yashoda secunderabad branch for nearly 5 days and also had completed a surgery. Rather than this type of treatment by the hospital faculty is impeccable.
I need an solution for this. I have again purchased a new tube which costs INR.1271. Money doesn't matter but being a responsible pharmacist this is not the way to treat a patient and respond to the issue. Please rectify the solution as soon as possible.
I need the refund of the 1st purchase which they have also accepted that the fault may be from company but haven't refunded and replied that no manager is present to take the action so we should come the next day. This is not the way people treat the patients. Please escalate the issue as soon as possible if not we should take the action in other means.
