I am a patient of Yashoda Hospital Hitec city. I have paid consultations from Yashoda Hospital (Rajasekhar Reddy Neurosurgeon), after requesting the Yashoda team giving my booking number they are not even responding and providing me online doctor consultation. I have sent multiple mails to "dedicated support channels directly via phone at[protected] or email [protected]@yashodamail.com." no response. I am frustrated and lodging this complaint. If you can't provide online consultation they why are you guys taking money, I am attaching the screenshots of my requests.

Regd. Consultation with Rajasekhar Reddy sir, the problem which I have is related to leg swelling not able to walk, my Father in law had the same problem and he consulted Rajasekhar Reddy sir, he only suggested me to meet Rajasekhar Reddy sir that's why.
Once I am in position to walk I'll meet Bala sir and Subbaiah chowdry sir. Bala sir suggested for surgery right now I'm not in a position to go for surgery, as I already gone through a surgery for my perinial.abcess with GR mallikarjuna sir last year in yashoda.
