Yatharth Hospital Sector 82 — Poor room management and patient misbehavior

I admitted my brother in yatharth hospital due to an accident post to which he was allotted in a double sharing room in 6th floor. But the patient beside him was very arrogant and shouting continuously due to his wounds. We asked doctor to shift my brother in another room but they denied for any double shring room vacant. So we shifted him in single occupancy room . And the main problem is that single room is fully locked with no air ventilation we have to open main door for ventilation when complained to yatharth official’s they said they ac equipment for those room are damaged and not repaired since 15 days. I want to know clarification why hospital doesn’t provide full aminty and why they neglect patience life. My brother was suffocating whole night somehow I managed to open door and get some ventilation but that too was very bad experience. I residing in 6th floor bed no 613
