My flight got cancelled by the Airlines PNR - XC92RT
As per our telephonic conversation and email correspondence, the Airlines assured me that the fare for the cancelled flights would be refunded on Thu, May 4, 2:07 PM. However, it has now been two months since that date, and I have not yet received the refund.

I have reached out to the travel sites, Yatra.com, as suggested by the Airlines, but they informed me that they have not received the refund amount. This has left me quite concerned and puzzled as to the whereabouts of my refund.

I kindly request your urgent assistance in investigating the status of my refund. I understand that sometimes delays may occur, but I am eager to have clarity on the matter and receive the refund as soon as possible.
