Yatra Online / Yatratrip.in/liberty General Insurance — YATRA LIBERTY GENERAL INSURANCE cancellation protection policy document not received

I purchased cancellation protection for my tickets for Kochi to Ahamadabad trip. (Booking ID[protected] on 04 June 2023. I opted for cancellation protection I did not receive the POLICY DOCUMENT from LIBERTY GENERAL INSURANCE. I contacted your support email and failed to get any cancellation policy document even after emailing your support multiple times. Is it a fraud that you are committing?, If not please send me the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees if I cancel my tickets.
