We have booked Tour Package for Goa through Yatra Travel (Delhi Office) and made advance payment of Rs. 2, 500/- on 25/09/19 for Hotel Booking and Train Ticketing (Thane-Goa–Thane).
The responsible contact person (Mr. Pankaj - +91 [[protected]]) presented us that advance bookings of hotel is done and ask for balance amount of Hotel booking + Train tickets Rs. 22, 340/-.
When we push to provide final confirmation of bookings receipts + Tickets, no response / communication received from concern and mobile is Switch Off till date.
