Yellow Taxi — Excessive meter reading

I am resident of Cluster-10 Purbachal Saltlake.I had gone to Laketown to a doctor by Uber taxi.The bill was 83 Rs.
While coming back home from same place I boarded a yellow taxi.
The bill was 85 Rs.Normally Yellow taxi meter reads 20-25 per cent less
The No of the taxi is WB04F 5945.
I had argued with the taxi driver but he was arrogant telling me to pay up as per the meter.
To avoid loosing my peace of mind I paid the amount.
I have both the bills with me.
Another point is that the driver had a companion in front seat whih was illegal to my knowledge.
I hope these cheating should be tackled harshly.
