I am Suhas Sudhakarrao Joshi, Business – Job, My office is at Mumbai Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Administrative Building, Engineering Dept., 2nd Floor, Onion Potato Market, Sector 18, Vashi, Navi Mumbai and while working, I am working from this company, Mala Yes Finance Pune. on my mobile number [protected] on 13.03.2023 at 11.21 am I asked for loan through mobile number- [protected] a woman named Mugdha was talking on the phone, the said woman asked me if I want a personal loan. As I want a loan, I agreed to take the loan. The lady asked me to send the required documents to yesfinanace.[protected]@gmail.com, according to which I sent all the documents. The said woman will get me a loan but it has to be registered and for this Rs. 4000.00 amount, YES FINANCE, ACCOUNT NO. [protected] I.F.s.C. Code :- BARB0POOCAM . I asked to deposit 4000.00 in this bank account. Later on giving some reasons Rs. 8 Lakh In order to accept the loan of 8 lakhs, I was repeatedly asked to pay for one reason or another. As I needed a loan, I paid a total of Rs. 1, 50, 470.00 was deposited in the account of Yes Finance. But no loan was given to me till date.Also Manager Prashant Sir Mobile no. [protected] repeatedly assured me that I will definitely get the loan. Also Sandeep Sawant as loan officer gave me mobile number [protected] I have been asked to pay time and time again on their WhatsApp number. When I asked all the above mentioned people, they have cheated me financially by saying that they will get it today and tomorrow.
From 23.03.2023, all the above three are not accepting my mobile, when I searched for Yes Finance on Google, they found Yes Finance, Suryaganga Society, 1004 The address mentioned is Benkar Nagar, Dhairi, Pune. When I went to the said address, I have confirmed that there is no office of the said finance in Suryaganga Society.
However, I request you to lodge a complaint against the following employees of Yes Finance Company as they have cheated me financially.
