Yes Madam — Bookings being cancelled at last moment no proper customer care assistance no compensation on the last moment cancellation

They cancel bookings at the last moment without providing any updates. When we call to check the status, we are informed that the professional will not be coming. When questioned, they simply respond, “Sorry ma’am, we cannot come.”

This is the 4th time my booking has been cancelled. They seem to be focused only on showing gross sales, while no actual services are being provided. This is fraudulent behavior, and I strongly advise others not to support such fraudsters.
