I am filing this complaint against Yes Madam for a serious incident that occurred during a Full Body Waxing service I booked through their platform on 18th July 2025. The service provider assigned by the company used wax at an extremely high temperature and applied it without adequate care, resulting in a severe skin burn. The top layer of my skin got damaged and peeled off, causing intense pain, visible injury, and emotional distress. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Yes Madam’s customer support, no proper resolution, refund, or compensation has been provided till date. The company has shown complete negligence both in terms of service safety and post-incident response. I am therefore seeking legal redressal through the Hon’ble Consumer Court and request that appropriate compensation, refund, and action against the service provider be ordered in the interest of consumer safety and justice.
