Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against YMAK Immigration (OPC) Private Limited, having its registered office at H No. 149, Second Floor, Kilokari, Ring Road, Opp. Maharani Bagh, Near Ashram Metro Station, New Delhi – 110014.

I approached this company for immigration/visa consultancy services. However, after making the payment of [mention amount] on [mention date], the company failed to provide the promised services. Despite repeated follow-ups via email, phone calls, and personal visits, there has been no satisfactory response or refund of the amount paid.

This behavior amounts to cheating, misrepresentation, and breach of trust, causing me financial loss and mental distress.

I hereby request your esteemed office to take necessary legal and disciplinary action against YMAK Immigration (OPC) Private Limited and help facilitate the recovery of my funds.
