I engaged with Ymak immigration for job assistance in Canada, with assurances from Ms. Meenu that the process would be completed within three months. After signing a service level agreement on July 4th, 2023, and making full payment of Rs 75, 000 in two installments, I expected a smooth and transparent process.
However, the reality has been far from what was promised. Despite successfully clearing three interviews arranged by Ymak, I grew increasingly concerned about the genuineness of these interviews as the interviewers failed to disclose their identity and did not speak with a Canadian accent. Moreover, the interview schedules were repeatedly delayed by the company, and I was given false reasons for the delays after continuous follow-ups.
Nine months have passed since the assured duration of the process expired, and there have been no interview schedules lined up from Ymak immigration. My continuous follow-ups through calls, messages, and emails have gone unanswered. I have even reached out to your legal team multiple times requesting a refund, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.
This situation has not only caused me significant financial loss but has also led to missed opportunities in India as I waited on the assurances given by Ymak immigration. I have diligently documented all communication, including WhatsApp chats, and I am prepared to take further action to seek justice in this matter.
I am hereby requesting once again for a refund of the payments made to Ymak immigration. Additionally, I urge Ymak to take this matter seriously and respond promptly to avoid further escalation. I am prepared to explore legal avenues to recover my losses. I humbly request for all the good souls who had gone thru this post to take it up such that people don't fall prey to this kind of scamsters
