I purchased YMGrad's visa slot booking service in May 2026 and paid ₹57, 956.98. The service was purchased for assistance with securing a US visa appointment.

YMGrad's service advertisement represents the service as providing “24/7 visa monitoring and faster appointment booking without any effort needed on your end.”

Despite several months having passed since my purchase, no visa appointment has been secured for me. I have repeatedly followed up with YMGrad regarding my appointment and the prolonged delay.

I requested a full refund of ₹57, 956.98. YMGrad refused my refund request and stated that its team has been continuously monitoring appointment availability and that appointment availability is controlled by the US Embassy.

I understand that YMGrad cannot control when the US Embassy releases appointments. However, my grievance concerns the service represented and provided by YMGrad, including its representation of “faster appointment booking, ” and whether merely monitoring appointment availability constitutes satisfactory delivery of the paid service.

YMGrad has refused to refund my payment despite the fact that no appointment has been secured after several months.
