After seeing so many unresolved cases and i sure even this will just be just one more case. My parcel was booked on 16.06.25 from Rajkot to Pune and on the tracking page it says in Transit on 16.09.25 and delivery on 19.06.25. On 19th did not received the parcel nor any update on the tracking page. On 20Th still the parcel was not traceable so raised a query, they were not able to trace the parcel said will take time. Why should it take time, what is the use of DTDC brand when the service is so pooooor. Was this information helpful? |
