I am writing this blog to warn students, job seekers, and families about a fraudulent immigration company operating from Chandigarh. This company is now called YOUR Immigration, but earlier it was known as AVM Global Visa Services.

In 2024, I was contacted by representatives from YOUR Immigration (previously AVM Global Visa Services). They claimed they could arrange my student visa for abroad studies with a 100% success rate. They convinced me to pay ₹3, 00, 000 in advance for the complete process.
After I transferred the money:
They did not file my visa application
They stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages
They ignored all my follow-ups
They refused to refund my money
This is pure fraud, and I want my story to be a warning for others.

False Promises: They give fake guarantees about visa approvals.
Advance Payment Trap: They take large amounts before doing any work.
No Transparency: No proper receipts or legal contracts.
Unresponsive After Payment: They disappear once they get the money.
Multiple Complaints: Many students in Chandigarh have faced similar fraud.
🔍 What You Should Do Before Trusting Any Immigration Agent
Verify Registration: Check if they are approved by the Ministry of External Affairs.
Check Online Reviews: Search on Google for complaints before making payment.
Never Pay Full in Advance: Pay in small milestones after progress is shown.
Get Written Agreements: Only proceed if there is a legal contract.
