My Son SANSKAR BHARTIYA who was living in Your Space provided Hostel in Rizvi Oak flat no. 802 Since Oct. 21, At the Time of Admission we had paid Security Deposit of Rs. 58300/-.
My Son has left the premise with effect from 20.03.2023. According to there condition they said they will refund the deposit after 2 months. After that we continuedly followed up for refund of our Deposit.
After a long time of about 4 months we received a mail from them on 24.07.23 replying that most of deposit is being adjusted against their dues and they refunded Rs. 2786/- Only. We have provided them entire account statement along with description and asked them for clarification of difference but none of them are responding now. According to our calculation Rs. 29321/- is still due on them.
We have made complains to Mr Vinayak, Ms. Poonam and customer cell but no one responding. Was this information helpful? |
