My Daughter has taken the admission in the Pearl Academy, Rajori Campus and the institute suggested your space accommodation as the empaneled organization.
Total payment done to them was 269000/- as demanded @22000/- per month for 11 months = 242000/- and 27000/- at the time of booking on 3rd July 2022. 25000 was the security deposit as requested by them. This was done through their representative Mr. Neeraj Mobile number [protected].
My Daughter left the hostel in June 2023 and submitted a refund request for security as instructed by their warden at the hostel. The your space team came back after many follow ups, stating that they dont have the details of the payments done from our side and asekd us to submit the details, which we did and this is almost a month now and since then there is a complete silence from their side and even their customer care numbers are not responding as they are on automated mode.
We have shared all the details as requested and it looks this is a nexus and I am not sure with how many students are facing the same issue.
I would request the govt of India to look into this seriously and act as this also looks a systematic fraud with the students and their parents.
