They charged some unnecessary amount and refunded only 7k out of 51K. I was tenant in of their property.
They charged me 19k for mattress.
For toilet seat cover they charged me 10k. It seems that they are using the mattress and seat cover and mattress and charged each tenant after they leave. I talked to previous tenant and she told me that she has already paid for the mattress. So basically they won't return your security deposit.
