Yourprint.on — Product delivery delay and not refunding payment (late receiving is useless as the event is over)

I placed an order for 12 cushions on YourPrint.in on 4th December, and at the time of ordering, the website clearly displayed an expected delivery date of 11th December. Since then, I have been monitoring the order status, and it has been stuck in the “Printing” stage from 5th December till today, with no progress whatsoever.

Due to the lack o[censored]pdates, I contacted YourPrint via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, I received only a generic regret message with no clarity on the actual delivery date. As the items were meant for an event scheduled based on the promised delivery timeline, the delay has caused significant inconvenience. When I requested cancellation and a refund, the team neither provided a cancellation option nor responded properly to emails or WhatsApp messages—other than repeating regret messages and stating that cancellation is not possible.

Today is 11th December, and the order is still marked as “Printing, ” making it evident that my time and money have been wasted and that the product will not arrive when needed.

If YourPrint.in cannot deliver orders within the promised time frame, it is unfair and misleading to customers. This behavior amounts to harassment, negligence, and potential fraud.

I sincerely request that strict action be taken against YourPrint.in to ensure that other customers do not face the same unprofessional and unacceptable experience.

There is loss of time and Money and lot of mental touture.
