-They didn’t provide me AC traveller as specified in package.
- We were forced to pay Rs 200 over and above the pre decided
package for taking us 12.9 km from Atal Tunnel to Koksar,
failing to pay which I and my fellow travellers were refused
any further service. Moreover to add to our miseries, the
company denied to take us back on board and we were left on
our own in Manali for remaining 3 days of trip.
- Our trip was meant to end in Delhi on[protected] as per
package but they left me in the middle of nowhere in Manali
on[protected] in midst of whole trip. Being a solo traveller, I
can’t even begin to explain the fear and anxiousness that I had
to face in managing my way back to Delhi.
- Having no where to go and no one to reach out to, I took
shelter with local MANALI POLICE STATION, reached out
to them seeking their help me and got everything reported
and took the copy for same. It was a horrible experience
which I did not sign up for.
