I had yu yuphoria phone which was under warranty when i submitted to service centre at santacruz (West), mumbai. It has problem in touch in particular area of screen which i have specifically shown to the representative. She said touch panel need to be replaced for that mobile need to be send to company & it will take maximum 25 days. I have submitted the mobile for repair & said that it should not cross the time of 25 days.

After several follow up with service centre on call i have not receive any feedback about the status of my mobile. Then i have no option than visit to service centre & wasting my 2-3 hrs.in service centre on every visit to service centre.

Where i received following reply by the service centre-
First the mobile is not yet came from the company & informed me that they will call me back when mobile will arrive.
After 4-5 days i have visited again (Obviously service centre not call me back), they said mobile is came from the company but it is not repaired because company is not able to find any fault (Which i specifically shown to the representative at service centre while submitting the mobile). They have shown me mobile & i have shown the fault again to them & they said they will replace the touch panel in service centre only & no need to send mobile again in company. And said that it will get repaired within 3-4 days & they will call me.
After 4-5 days i have visited again (Service centre had not call me back) & i got reply that it is not got repaired yet & informed me to wait for 2 more days.
After 2 days i have visited again & i got reply that the mobile is with engineer & he is repairing the same. The engineer will take some time to get it repaired & as it is shop closing time so they have informed to visit on next day.
After 3 days i have visited again (In between 2 days were holidays) & i got reply that they have send my mobile to company for repair & asked me to visit on next week...

It is more than 35 days since i have submitted the mobile to service centre, it is almost twice the time passed away that they have promised me to repar the mobile & i have to wait for 1 more week. As per my experience with the service centre i am sure that it will take more than two weeks to receive any response from them that too after many visit to the service centre. This is the way the service centre team is working. They are not only wasting our precious time but also frustate us by their reply.

Where can i escalate the matter?
