I have given my mobile Micromas Service Center, Ambernath, Thane, (Yu yureka plus) for repair and its been more than a month and there is still nothing for getting my mobile back the only thing I getting if 15-20 days for waiting. Reference to your Date: 14-Nov-2015 Ticket id- 1778328, 1717156, Job sheet no . -W[protected] I have contacted many times Micromax Service Center & YU Customer Care., know one able track the my mobile status. Please look this matter.It is one time of creating problem to customer..

Many time i have wrote to [protected]@yuplaygod.com. They replied me contact Micromax service Center for better service . I have contacted Micormax service, they also not able to track my device status.

Dear Micromax Tea,

Today it has been exactly a month since i submitted my phone to the service center. No one knows where it is right now. Service center know nother, customer care execs know nothing. No reply to email. @YUForumSupport is also at a loss for words.
