Complaint for charging penalty on parking on the right spot( ZONE) and not understanding the comments shared via support channel.
iOS app is such unresponsive and non operational specially during ride ends and support chats.
App is full of flows which is beyond control
APP does not know if i am stationed on the spot assigned by company contract. and support advisor charges penalty without basic understanding of cx need in urgency and importance of cx satisfaction is utterly disregarded in it.
Demand for compensation for bothersome support and irresponsible support staff and negligence of over charge.
