Yupp tv has taken subscription of rs rs 99/ on my mobile +[protected] and another rs 99/- on my spouses mobile +91 [protected] on 9th sep and 7th sep r2017. We are not availing yupp tv services at all. Yupp tv says it is auto renewal. We do no know this. They have attempted to take subscription on 7th and 9th august also but failed..
I am repeatedly asking them to refund these amounts as i am not availing their services and will not also. Yet they are refusing to refund.. How can they charge for services not availed. Pl intervene and ask them to refund.
