Ywca Hostel, Ashoka Road, New Delhi — Service complaint

Hi, It's a matter of grave mis-fortune that YWCA-Ashoka Road is ruining the name of highly prestige organisation. It's a Women's organisation and harassing mentally the women. I was resident of that hostel and when i've shifted, it was having good management. day by day it got worser, indefinite price-hiking, gross mis-management, worst food quality, no response to grievances and as of now, none of the aware girls wants to be resident of your hostel. However, i am still carrying photographs as a proof of various complaints, moreover, you can take out mess complaint register of year back or two, and can see yourself the level of forgery. Just take out only mess register. The food packed in lunch is entirely different from the one which is served there, since ywca staff are consuming it; as if girls are not human even. Worms, cockroaches were normal in everyday food and heights when a bolt come into my mouth while consuming noodles one day. I could die even. It's a matter of Administrative action and subjected to judiciary. Girls catch food-poising often but none of your management took any action against mess manager, inspite, renewed her contract. Many of my friends left that hostel cause of food and management issues. Wardens, HOD's and GS consider themselves as VVIP, as if we are not existing, unaware that we are even more qualified and posted at very good positions. In the heart of city, such a mis-management and that hostel is running only because of NameSake. Now-a-days, they even allowed students, cause none of the working woman wants to join. The attendant staff (bhaiya) are found often quarrelling and mis-behaving with girls. Once caught fight with me also, n i was about to get FIR but warden interrupted and assure me to sort out, however, i know nothing happens later. They are admitting girls drinking in the rooms or having psychological problems, but inspite taking action, management is just panicking only girls who suffered. My 2 of the previous roommates were example. They are admitting students which is against working woman rule of YWCA, by taking fake job certificates, but seeing the girls, it can be judged easily that they are not working. Reason being, Students are getting favour to stay in Hostels and they will never complaint against mis-management. See AIWC hostel in central delhi itself, mess charges are less and food quality is very hygienic, variety with home-like food. Also before checking anything, beware of there fake records and show-off. Its all polished. I expect some relevant and disciplinary actions against the same. Please do justice.
