Zahid Ali Jafri — Non installation of broad band

Pls note that undersigned Zahid Jafri bearing Airtel landline no [protected] in Indore had applied for broadband connection couple of days back and the related documents were collected by the airtel executive Mr Manglesh on 12.12.2015 from my house with an assurance that in any case the broadband will get installed latest by 15/16-12-15 . The matter was further discussed with Mr Deepak who is a senior of Mr Manglesh on 15.12.15 with a request that the same is required on priority and he assured that in any case the connection will be installed latest by 16.12.15 but the same did not happen . The undersigned tried his number more than 10 times which was not attended by Deepak . There after Manglesh was tried but his phone also came no reply . I cannot understand that a company like airtel who is so called a professional company can give such responses . I regret to say that now I am going with some other company for the said connection and the landline of airtel which I am carrying at present I intend to get it disconnect ed . I request the senior officials to look into the matter and revert urgently .
