I baught a watch from Jhansi outlet in February .when I took it out for use it was not working .when I went to your showroom they told me that they will get it right.when I got it back after a fortnight and again took it out to use the winding key was missing and the dial was in wrong direction .
I don't know how this can happen
Is not it ridiculous?
Now they are asking me to pick up any jewellery which is available at their outlet
It is none of their concern if I like it or not or I need it or not
Why can't I get it replaced by a new watch or get something of my choice from the catalog ? It is still in the warranty period
I had written a mail on 9th August too but without any response
Do you people care for your customers or
I am a busy obstetrician and wasting time in visiting your showroom or writing mails !
Hope some body is there to care for your customers
