I requested zakasfood.in by messaging them on whatsapp as i want nonveg tiffin on every wednesday and friday and they given me confirmation about the same on whatsapp, but i received veg tiffin instead non-veg though they given me commitment of non-veg tiffin, i informed them about the same over chat, and those dumb guys sent me non-veg tiffin on friday though there was sankasht chaturthi, which kind of dumb a*s people they are and today on wednesday 6th march 2019 these guys sent me veg tiffin i unsubscribed from zakasfood.in and informed them, they do not have better staff the staff it self was fighting with each other, what a shame, totally unprofessional, i never expected this kind of service in city like pune, shame on you zakasfood.in deserve -5 stars.
