I am filing a serious complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction involving a parcel delivered through Amazon Shipping.
I saw an advertisement on Instagram that redirected me to a website called zapthyra.com. I placed a COD order worth ₹999. The shipment was delivered by Amazon Shipping with Tracking ID[protected].
Amazon’s delivery agent forcibly insisted that the parcel could NOT be opened before making the COD payment. After paying ₹999, I found that the product inside is FAKE, of zero value, and completely different from what I ordered. This is a clear case of cheating and delivery of counterfeit goods.
The seller’s phone number is fake, and they cannot be contacted. The website appears fraudulent. When I approached Amazon for support, they refused to share shipper details and denied responsibility, even though the scammer used Amazon’s official logistics service (ATS) to carry out this fraud.
This is a matter of consumer fraud, misuse of Amazon Shipping for illegal activities, and loss of my hard-earned ₹999.
I request immediate action to identify the fraudulent seller, hold Amazon Shipping accountable for enabling this scam, and ensure I receive a full refund of ₹999. Strict action should be taken against the party responsible for exploiting Amazon’s logistics network for fraud. Was this information helpful? |
