I have ordered same product into different sizes and I returned one which was bigger in size the same day it got delivered! The pick up Guy) picked it up after checking everything . Now when I enquired about the refund, your team is saying that a tag is missing. so when I handed over my product to our representative sent by your company and he picked it up after checking everything how I am responsible for the missing Tag? Plus when I return the product, the very same day I received in the same box in which I haow they are forcing me to keep both the products. tried reaching to their social media and customer care but the denied listening to my complain.
