Hello,
I was waiting for the launch of Zara rossa project in sector 112 dwarka expressway gurgaon however, I recently came to know that zara is selling all their appartments in sector 112 on premium (3 lakhs for 2 bhk and 6 lakhs for 3 bhk) like pivotal affordable housing sector 62 did. This is illegal, how can they sell all the appartments on premum where these apartments are under affotdable housing scheme act 2013 and these projects are launched for lower income group member. HUDA needs to take an urgent action on Zara's arbitrary decision. If it goes on then lower income group members won't be able to apply for such projects. We as a lower income group members want to apply for such projects through lucky draw scheme instead of paying premium. I request HUDA to please look into this serious matter.
