Zareen Nx — delivered cheap and different product at high cost

I have ordered a lehenga from facebook marketplace through zareen nx.
They have charged me around 2500 rupees and delivered a cheap product of different color and unstiched as well, the product was very cheap. Previously while ordering they told that they will arrange a return incase if required. But after the product i received, i opted for return but they are not picking my calls. Infact my messenger chat is also deleted from my account no wonder how it is possible. They are high level frauds. Please take this into consideration.
