Zareen Nx — wrong product sent

I ordered online through zareen nx via facebook marketplace.. Paid rs 1750. The product sent was wrong and now when i ask them to refund no action is taken. I tried calling the person but nothing is being done. The seller is not responding.

I have tried calling multiple times and the number is switched off. Have already reported it in facebook. No response yet

Please help. What to be done here? Seller is from surat, gujrat.
