Zaroori Retail — Unprofessional Team Took Payment but Failed to Deliver

We hired this company for marketplace onboarding services and paid in all advance payment based on their commitments and assurances.

Unfortunately, after 5 months, they managed to complete only 2 product listing. We paid for 4 marketplace. Later, we discovered that even 1 of this listing had not been completed properly due to the negligence of one of their employees.

Throughout this process, there was no transparency, no regular updates, and no proper progress reports. We had to repeatedly follow up for every small update. Instead of providing actual work updates, they kept making promises and giving excuses.

When we requested a refund because the promised services were not delivered, they refused, claiming that "most of the work was already completed, " which is completely false. They have not provided any evidence to support this claim.

We feel that we have been misled after making the all payment. We request a full refund and urge other businesses to exercise caution before paying large advance amounts without clear deliverables and written milestones.
