Respected sir/mam,
I have order the products(ethinic wear)from instagram website.i have received the order yesturday and its different from whta they have shown in picture by colour, cloth and model.The materials are cheap.Its their fault.but they are not ready to exchange or return the product.i also agree for compensating shipping charges which ₹500, first they agreed but then denied it.I request you to take action against these frauds.we are consumers and we have right to choose.they are creating misappropriation by not provinding descriptions and by provding images which is not same as products.
