Had purchased 3 shirts (Large size) from Zayra Apparels from their online portal. Order No. 133000.The order was prepaid and the total amount paid was Rs 962.75. The order was placed on the 5th Dec and the product was delivered on the 9th Dec.
The delivered product was of inferior quality and the size was unfit for even a person who wears Medium sized shirts.
Tried reaching them for a replacement or refund but couldn't reach them as the mobile number ([protected]) provided is switched off. The support EMail id ([protected]@gmail.com) doesn't get responded too.
Later I checked for reviews but for my dismay, there were reviews from unsatisfied customers of being cheated etc.
There is no address mentioned in their website. but through google search, I could get their address as Shop No. 203, 2nd Floor, Capital Plaza, Near D-Mart, Yogi Chowk, Punagam, Surat, Gujarat 395010
