Job description:
The position is for business head. The candidate joins the company as business associate and goes through on the job training module. Our training is specially designed to develop our associates into the future owner (Business head) to handle individual business units (Strategic business units). We believe in creating opportunities for our associates to become financially independent individual. We train our associates in various fields like - marketing, hr, finance and operations over a period of 6-8 months as per the following global training module (Gtm). The global training module helps people to achieve their financial & personal goals.
Step 1: client servicing & client acquisition (Advertising / promotion / direct sales / marketing)
Step 2: hr trainer (Recruiting / evaluation / motivation / impact running)
Step 3: crew leader (Team building)
Step 4: assistant owner (Back office, administration and operations)
Step 5: trainee branch manager (Handle office operations)
Responsibility
Client representation and servicing.
Revenue generation, handling client.
Team building, monitoring, training, executing and evaluation.
Operational planning, personnel management & satisfaction.
Ambition to expand and diversify its clientele.
Our requirements:
1. Skills: best communication, hard working, ambitious, great confidence & time management.
2. Strong business intelligence and corporate knowledge
3. Age criteria: 21 to 30 years.
4. Qualification: fresher, engineers, graduate & diploma holders.
5. Required immediate starters only.
