Sir,

This Complaint is regarding refund of Rs 200000 deposited by third party account Hdfc Account to Awlencan Innovations India Limited (Zebpay)on 22 may 2021 Ref No .N[protected] . I deposited Rs 200000 to their Central bank of india Account Details attached in photo . I raised the ticket in contact support of zebpay regarding the deposit made mistakenly from third party account . Zebpay acknowledged my complaint and sent an email stating they will refund the amount to the depositing bank account within 3 to 7 working days . Its been 15 days this company is Harrasing me and not refunding the amount . i request to take strict action against the company and refund my amount i.e Rs 200000
